How our website maintenance plans work

1. We Review your Website

Once you have signed up, we will appoint a web development specialist to review your website. If we see any technical, usability or search engine problems, we will let you know. Once your website files are transferred to your free hosting account, and backed-up on our servers, we are ready to go.

2. Send us a Website Update Request

Create an Update Request by sending us all of the changes that you'd like made to your website. For your convenience, with your signup, you will receive a username and password to login to your account and access the online Update Request Form.

You can submit your update request by: Request Form, Email, Phone, or Fax

What can I put in my Update Request?

In an Update Request, you can add, remove, update, or edit an unlimited number of pages, text, photos, videos, links, documents, etc. Send us up to 5 content changes in each Update Request.
